It is a journey and I never really know where I will be taken. Surprises abound along the way. I attain great enjoyment from creating special paintings for people. I have been commissioned to paint an angel for a little boy's room, a mother portrayed as an angel overlooking her sleeping baby, a friend being comforted by their guardian angel, abstract elephants as a reminder of a trip abroad.

I know my work is successful when emotions are aroused in me as I paint and in the heart of the viewer.
